Great find, thanks for posting it. On page 18 I found:

"On June 3, 2008 Galway Resources engaged JTVIO to commercialize its Victorio, New

Mexico molybdenum-tungsten deposit containing over 200 mm pounds of each mineral

in situ, which is JTVIO’s first activity (see www.galwayresources.comJune 3, 2008 press

release). We have received compensation from Galway Resources. That assignment

concluded, as Galway determined to take its moly-tungsten project in Canada using a

new publicly traded listed vehicle."

Looks like the company is about to be split up. Any ideas on what this could mean for the stock holders of Galway?
