RE: Question

RE: Question

likely next monday or tuesday..probably tuesday will be last trading day..interim order has already been rec'd and will be rubber stamped early next week.

the 2/3rds is a certainty..if it looked like it wouldn't go thru..we'd be trading less than $2 now..likely way less..not many people on here have complained about the deal..so its a go in my opinion..as if there was any doubt.

the doubt arises with respct to valuing the spincos, and Galway Metal in particular..one can say GWY traded at around $1.30 before the offer and a big chuck of that price was for the vetas asset. but the market should know this and is valuing spincos at  cash value..so the value for vetas has disappeared right now. lets assume of the $1.30 GWY pre-takeover, Vetas was 40 vents..then GWY should be at 2.50 right now.

THIS IS THE BUYING OPPORTUNITY. and I beleive exploration results on Victorio and Vetas will be plentiful once the spincos start trading adding value that should reach RJ's 75 cent target for both spincos AT LEAST..with blue sky potential from at least Vetas.
