I see the Trump admin has approved the Keystone. Not entirely sure how quickly that will move forward. Nor how quickly oil prices will climb. In fact there may even be another reach for a double bottom before the uptrend is well estblished. Or maybe not. Whatever the case Georox seems to have bottomed in terms of shareprice. More importantly, their production is increasing nicely according to the latest news...
