Hey clown - they don't open pit mine in areas of swampland to the extent that exists in this area - not for coal they don't.
Dig it out in the winter when everything is frozen like some doofus in your camp suggested earlier - nevermind the spring thaw.
In this area, without spending billions to keep out and keep back this much water in this much of a feeder zone, all you would be doing is creating a new lake filled to the brim within two years. This is only coal - clowns - its not going to happen here for coal - on dry lands ok - but not in this locale.
