RE: Interview Chris Healey

RE: Interview Chris Healey

May 7, 2012 -- Tracy Weslosky, CEO of Pro-Edge Consultants Inc. (www.pro-edge.com) interviews Chris Healey, President, CEO and Director of Galaxy Capital Corp. (TSXV: GXY) (www.galaxycapitalcorp.com) about their primary project, the Sun Graphite Property. Located in Quebec with favourable geology as well as a favourable political environment, the Sun Graphite Property has exposure to some of the best incentives for the resource sector in Canada. When asked about the graphite in Quebec, Chris comments, "When you are looking for elephants, you look in elephant country. If you're looking for graphite, you look where the best graphite is. And what we have there is a geological setting that has all the menu items you'd look for, for the development of high purity, large flake graphite. That's exactly what we've got." Chris gives investors an update on meeting benchmarks by noting that drilling is anticipated to begin no later than mid-August 2012, with a 3,000 meter program and assuming positive results, this will be followed by a winter program of more detailed drilling of about 7,500 meters and metallurgical testing. This will be lead to a preliminary economic assessment (PEA). With aggressive timelines in mind, Chris says investors can anticipate that

in no more than twelve months from now Galaxy Capital will move from early stage exploration to the completion of the NI 43-101 technical report while spending no more than CDN$2.5 million.

With approximately 13 million shares outstanding, Galaxy Capital is ideally positioned for quick growth and shareholder value development.
