About 60 M shares outstanding, good warrant exercise to raise capital, so why can't they close the Private Placement..? GYA needs capital to drill, this is pretty obvious. Perhaps they are looking for a partner to help with cost and take over the drill program. Is anyone hearing anything? The stock price of GYA is certainly at its lows.
