RE:Question for Eli and DavidWhat PO's me about these type of dudes, Peter Berdusco, David Vincent and Eli Weir, is that they think they are so believable when they spin out a yarn. A story we have heard over the years from much more polished spinsters and touts.
If a Company is serious about raising money they always find a way to get the financials done. if they cannot get their financials done it tells me that the pubco has a broken relationship with the landowner or underlying property holders or something like that. They have no staff and no money to even do basic accounting on Quickbooks let alone audits with a proper firm.
It almost appears as though MS is ONLY dealing with Companies that have issues and I am not referring to only needing funds as that is a given. This is going to end badly I believe for all shareholders.
