because this stock should be under 5 cents and definitely not at 10 or 11 which is absolutely WAAAAAY OVERVALUED on any metric.

Seems pretty obvious that the Desjardin and TD accounts are assosciated somehow as they are merely trading back and forth between one another. All the while shares are being dumped on the ATS platform. The CFO has finished dumping the last of his shares (for a loss). Very bad sign when your money guy is "getting out of Dodge" with a loss.
