Comment by ggrellette on Dec 30, 2020 2:38pm
Who cares about the property if mgt. r deceitfull. Good luck PB will screw over the new investors just like he did with the old investors. BEWARE this is a trade at best, not an investment but just a PURE GAMBLE.
Comment by HST1966 on Dec 30, 2020 8:22pm
What exactly looks good about it?
Comment by shneps on Jan 02, 2021 2:27pm
Please explain anything that looks good about this small, old, neglected property. I reviewed it and couldn't find anything encouraging about it.

On a $12.50 trade. Give me a break. Probably going to cost twice as much by the time it's sold. GL

There's literally no reason to buy this stock.  None.  If anybody can offer a good reason, I'm all ears.

off all juniors operating in Guyana GYA has best chance to find big mines...and GYA is ridiculously cheap at these prices
Comment by shneps on Jan 05, 2021 12:26pm
It's pretty obvious somebody is paying you to write this BS. Just in case you don't happen to know, Guyana Goldstrike has NO assets in Guyana. This would make it exceptionaly difficult for them to have "the best chance of finding a mine in Guyana". They are ridiculously cheap for a reason. Do some DD. Cheers

The poster who you responded to has been a member since September of 2020 just a paid pumper and has now embarrassed himself by eluding that he knows about the company and makes a statement that is false so he knows SHI!.

GYA has Marudi gold project in Guyana https://www.guyanagoldstrike.com/projects/guiana-shield Marudi gold project in Guyana https://www.guyanagoldstrike.com/news/2020-news-release/275- Ellice Arm project in BC https://www.guyanagoldstrike.com/news/2020-news-release/288- what do you mean GYA has no projects?

October 23 2020 news release.  GYA blamed the pandemic for being unable to meet the requirements of the acquisition of Romanex, the company that controls the mining lease for Marudi.  The only issue with this explanation is GYA was behind in the obligations long before the covid crash of March 2020.  They were two years behind in payments by the time Romanex terminated the deal. Also worth noting they announced their intention to complete a $2M financing on Sep 18, 2020, and there has been no news on that front, other than the .13 cents share price and .40 cent warrant are non-starters.  Closed at .10 today.  Hard to raise any serious money on those BC properties.
Comment by ggrellette on Jan 12, 2021 2:19pm
I would absolutely be surprised if they were able to raise money. Who in their right mind would give a con man more money to blow. Thats right, only a moron. PB has a very poooooor track record of running jr. exploration mining companies. NXS gave him the bout once they realized what an incompetent person he is. Just can not understand why this board has been blind to his antics.
Comment by shneps on Jan 12, 2021 5:47pm
They also stated they had no intention of using any of the raised monies for the property. It will only go to Berdusco and maintaining the company as a shell. Disgusting.

GoldenEra you have been warned so do not cry when this goes nowhere or bust. What I posted is definitely fair that is for sure. Good Luck to anyone who is willing to give their hard earned money to a con man. Here is a tip, this stock will not stay at this price for long!!!!!!!!!!!! Elevator going to the basement, enjoy the ride.
Comment by shneps on Jan 15, 2021 1:19pm
Instead of regurgitating the one liners. Maybe you can explain why you think it looks promising. So far you have only shown that you don't know much about the company or mining. Thanks
Comment by ggrellette on Jan 15, 2021 2:52pm
Maybe the poster is just a cheerleader. This poster became a member in September of 2020 so maybe with time it will educate him/her. Like most they look at the project and/or property directly or an area play. They take for granted that mgt. is credibile but they will soon enough learn when they get burned.
Comment by Juniorobserver on Feb 02, 2021 7:28pm
Really pal.....Are you as dense as your posts indicates.....because GYA has nothing in Guyana and the small headed wonder boy will never again set foot in that Country.
Comment by Juniorobserver on Feb 02, 2021 7:27pm
Hahahaha...   hello Hugh.....you donkey.....GYA cannot even set foot in Guyana.
