Well I use it everday. The 'in-hindsight' sign it works, was when I misplaced it for a couple days I went in panic mode. The same feeling you get when your down to your last cigarette and it's 10 degress below zero (I'm from Chicago) and there's four feet of snow lol. But for real. I wake up to the Alert signal (like caffiene) and then switch to the Focus signal (like nicotine)
