Arrachnaphobia, i have spoken with management at Hornby Bay on several occassions and the same lame story they basically TELL ME time and time again is that they do not have sufficient funding for any drilling on their own. Instead they told me that they want to joint-venture the property and perhaps SELL it off - IN A SIMILAR FASHION THAT CanAlaska (CVV), Uranium Power Corp (UPC), Northern Continental (NCR) wants to do WITH their properties. bASICALLY, THEY NEED CASH and because of the poor management team there, the only way they know how to raise (and later squander) money is by further diluting stock. One good option for HBE would be to get MEGA URANIUM (MGA) to bankroll them by giving them say 50% of ANY revenues that can be generated at the Hornby Basin forever. Even better, just SELL the mineral rights outright to MEGA URANIUM since current management there suffers from some form of swelled-head syndrome whereby they just do not know how to run a company. I recall a long time ago i used to work for a similar company until i joined Paladin (believe me there is nothing worse than working for a company run by bozos with no brains in their head). So Arrachnaphobia, this is the scoop so unless you can add something else to the discusion....it's funny, though, there are a LOT of goofs here that do nothing but complain and complain and harrass me/ignore me ALL because they probably bought wayyyyy back when this stock was pumped (by DIN**) to $1 and are NOW left HOLDING the BAG. I can "understand" where they are coming from but to insult me and call me a pumper or basher is simply ridiculous. Moreover, the same goof that pumped this one to $1 also agreed in his newsletter that management was weak so Frenchie is NOT the ONLY one that SEES this!! Hence, WHY then continue to insult me IF this is the case? Anyways.........sometimes i feel like it is USELESS to even attempt to help anybody on these boards since no matter what i say it's going to be twisted into something else. It's just like with BTT.....they are sitting on NOTHING yet people, like whipsaw, will swear that it's priceless so go figure? I once worked for a company that did radiometric surveys in the Upper Michigan Penninsula and we came up with squat and the area covered portions of BTT'S so-called "prospective" zones. So again, whatever......i feel like i am wasting breath here. But for those that HAVE gotten burned by this one, YOU HAVE YOURSELVES to blame for being gullible, NOT FRENCHIE!
