TORONTO, ONTARIO, Apr 27, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) -- Hornby Bay Exploration Limited (TSX VENTURE:HBE) announced today that it has changed its name to UNOR Inc (TSX VENTURE:UNI). In connection with the name change, UNOR Inc. has received a new trading symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange - "UNI". Effective with the opening of the exchange on Monday May 1, 2006 the Company will commence trading under its new name and symbol. Each current share certificate evidencing common shares of the Company will continue to evidence common shares of UNOR Inc. without further action by shareholders. No consolidation of capital occurred in connection with the name change. The new CUSIP number for the common shares of UNOR Inc. is 91530N 10 7. Shareholders approved the name change in a Special Meeting of Shareholders held on April 25, 2006. The Company's new web site address will be www.unorinc.com.
