...Have you checked out the quantity and quality of aggregates of this deposit and understand the unique geology of this deposit compared to the greater geology of the expansive Coastal Mtn. it sits within, and, not to forget the instant economic value it will take on assumimg growth and development of the northwest coastal B.C. region? The latter will not be solely dependent upon Petronas. There are a variety of developments which will likely unfold here and the LNG may well be more than the one.
...That being said, it is certainly not without risk. There are such concerns as world gas pricing now and projected 20 years out regards LNG. Mr.Trudeau and his governing liberals have managed to create walls leaving concerned parties deeply divided rather than leading parties forward together overcoming obstacles. There is some recent government movement not without problematics which stem from their prior incompetence.
...neither the 0.04c SP nor the OS give me great concern. The SP can turn to the better out of the blue. The 120m.+ OS can provide the liquidity for trading. HBK is a good deposit which has to wait on developments non of which it has any ability to change.
