Swamp Point is no-where near that proposed line. Hyder to Whitehorse is over a thousand KM, and Whitehorse is still a fair distance south from the route. Now, they might be thinking of running a line from Hyder to supply the railroad, but that's a pretty big maybe. lol, just read the line about environmental assessments still to be completed.
