With any luck Stoocks... yesterdays move and the continued buying is a suggestion that a deal is either done or close. I still feel really good about a substantial bounce off these levels.
There seems to be someone with an axe to grind... seemingly on the short side. Seems to be consistently hanging stock on the offer trading the US / Cda arbitrage too.
This could be in for a nice move if any kind of deal is announced. The only risk is that the financing is substantially below market. The fact that it is down almost 40% since the financing announcement leads me to think otherwise.
