I don't know of any private placement , but since the directors of the company are in at ground level , I don't think it would make any sense to dilute the shares right now , they can just keep drilling a well every two months with their own cash and grow from there.   

The start that this company is having is unreal.  I'm sure the bosses knows how much potential this company have if don't dilute it at all.   

just keep drilling with cash on hands , imagine.   Even if 3 of 4 wells would produce nothing at all , this stock would still end up higher.  

Just my opinion here.
