The Company is focused on exploring and developing two helium projects in Alberta, Canada. The Worsley Helium Project in northwestern Alberta is an advanced-stage project covering 60,000 acres. It holds First Helium's helium discovery well and two oil wells. The Southern Alberta Helium Fairway Project (Lethbridge) covers over 276,000 acres. Over 60% of First Helium's acreage has three-dimensional (3D) seismic coverage for identifying subsurface structures and closure necessary for trapping helium.

RE:RE:RE:Capital raise / placement comingThe Sproule report for the 15-25 was for 2021. Perhaps what he's talking about is the current 22 most recent report which would take into account the updated helium spot and liquids pricing which would be much much more robust then from 2021. There could be an offtake agreement coming very soon. Market is only getting bigger and HE pricing is increasing. If Royal Helium apparently signed something then there must be others looking. I wouldn't doubt many of the helium players start announcing such agreements in the coming months. Ideally it would be self financed but if they can get product to market much faster with preferred financing and/or offtake agreements then that's where the money should go imo
