yes does not impact us with having no debt right now3 but is another problem in trying to finance the helium content.
prime rate over 5 per cent is starting to get expensive.

Ideally they secure an offtake agreement and or the Canadian government provides support and or favourable financing (if even needed) as Helium has been identified as a critical element and with how Russia and China are acting they may want to expediate exploration and support for our industry as it's obvious those two nations will be hoarding theirs

nope. These countries will not hoard. Pay the price in the currency and the sale will happen.

They will mess with the oil market and make other nations pay in their currency or sell on the black market. HE because its used in military and space travel (which is going to get competitve) as well a healthcare will be hoarded 100%
