RE: RE: HUGE NEWS!!!This is HUGE! If they're selling 200,000 tractors annualy. Assuming they manage to get 5% penetration and ASP per tractor of $5000 - that is $50 million! Even at lower ASP and penetration rates it's huge:
At $1000 per tractor, 4% penetration: $8 million
At $2000 per tractor, 4% penetration: $16 million
Assuming 40 pts GM, this could improve the bottom line between $5 - $25 million over the coming years!
Yet here we are traing at below book value. Go figure.
