Is there a stock split for Hemostemix Inc.

Is there a stock split for Hemostemix Inc.The same thing happened to me on Hexo, I now have a new stock symbol for HEM, it is now H037979 and the SP is at 0.04 cents. this is through ITrade.

Any one else have this issue
