Its an entirly different company now, hard to say how much it is worth. It was a reverse takeover meaning Carbeeza just wanted to go public without going through the expensive IPO process. They just bought HIT as a shell company so they could become public then change their business.

the last document aid they will resume trading in July so it should be soon.
