Nasdaq listing
Not a guarantee of good things to come. Stock will most likely have to do a 3 to 1 or 4 to 1 reverse split to qualify to be on Nasdaq. Many stocks that reverse slit fluctuate quite a bit and frequently to down side. I would rather see them get a much needed fair evaluation. USD $1.50 valuation or better and hold for awhile. Then apply to Nasdaq.

I will rely on the history of stocks reverses splitting to get on Nasdaq over one CEO. He still needs to get the stock to fair valuation and that has not happened. I am a long holder with a sizeable share count, just looking for stability and valuation in share price.
