When you learn that you will be succesfull trader/investor.

Your point is absolutely true. HIVE's performance  as a stock has been awful - disgustingly so - it is the most shorted stock - and management needs to be held accountable.... and although a bagholder, the technology, it's mining through GENESIS and the ancillary opportunities it can bring are sound. I have 65K shares at $2+

Tht being said,I personally am of the belief that there are insiders forcing out the general public by dropping the share pricing to such lows that is forcing everyone out. Moreover, Frank Holmes has proven he is an idiot - a CEO talking about "mining, and then referring to gold (we know how that's worked out for miners) in the same breath and then lip synching about "quant" strategies yet shows he is not conerned about shareolders and price preservation is a fraud.

I spoke with Philip Ngo months ago and he said enough to keep me in...but Holmes and Harry are not being forthright or open about what's going on...the clarification on Galileo is a major red flag for me...under a corporate veil he dumped his shares.

1. I do have some concerns about the cold storage of the coins....
2. I'd like to know the continuity of operations plan should something run afoul
3. I'd like to see Frnk Holmes and Harry removed from management (and for amplification, they are the ones who've allowed the share price to drop).

I'm not sure what else I can say other than I'm disappointed beyond belief... but be clear, these guys will get their just desserts....

I am glad to hear some reasonable questioning of the company from a guy who owns the shares. Questioning management is not bushing but concern about your investment. It is starnge that share prices gor from over $5 to $1 in such a short period of time. It was overvalued over $4, but dipping below $2 should be cause of concern.
I am suspcious of HArry and Frank. I think they are not well informed about the space and got in to make a quick buck. Howere, I do beleive that Genesis guys know what is going on and will try and turn aroudn the company in order to protect their investment.

The fact that it took them 5 months to figure out who owns 7M shares is a cause for concern. For someone who touts himself as an experienced ivnestor, Frank should've done this better.

Transparency is a huge issue with HIVE. THeya re keeping investors in the dark about their operation.

For your sake, I hope this goes back to your desired price level soon.

Good luck
