And by the way, aside form 10% reporting requirements, every prospectus mutual fund (which is most) report all their holdings semi annually and their larger holdings quarterly (thats where someone like a Morningstar would get their fund/institutional data for hodlers under 10%.................fool................

Anonymous buying can be a large institution who doesn't want their name exposed publicly. But once they cross that 10% holding like "FIDELITY" than they're exposed anyway. But 4 or 5 institutions can work together & all go to 9% of the company & swap at the last minute right fuqtard?
