This is flat for the month? 

Technically retesting bottoms after complete wipe outs is a high probability. Especially if there is no probability of some catalyst to prevent it from happening. The shorts still might have control. If it was a stock or currency tied to a countries Macro Economics that catalyst to prevent that might come. But what exactly is goiing to be the catalyst for cryptos to bounce?
