Ran out of money, going bankrupt. 
Issuing more shares - dilution @ 50cents per share
Someone stole their coins
Frank H is finly buying some Hive shares.
They will publically disclose that Norway property is useless.
Genesis mining is going out fo business for not paying coins to its clients


As for good new, someone is buying them for 90 cents per share. 

Of course I have no idea what the news is, but with HIVE it's never good. Mind you I have not followed this one since last spring, but as I recall this used to be a $5 stock, before the dump.
