Doubling of the container port with three new cranes . Five new hotels . Commercial real estate prices jumping if you can find some to buy . Apartment buildings popping up like mushrooms. All levels of jobs being advertised for . It didn't even slow down for the pandemic . So , yes , I can attest to what you speak of and cold calls for my real estate . I'm not selling any of my four pieces . Homes being built on spec and sell when finished , sometimes before finished . If you need conformation . Check out highway 16 prince Rupert and east . It's the wild, Wild West and much , much more on many drawing boards . Why is this happening ? Because Vancouver is out of room and it's too expensive . And , then there are the mines !
