I dont know enough about the games people play but what is the benefit of doing this. Is it a short seller that owns lots of shares. Someone enlighten me.

forces people to sell shares below 2.70. no one going to put orders in above 2.70. pure emotion bully tactic in my opinion. no one sells that amount of shares at once honestly imo.

Level 2 has this wall. Its 100,000 less now but still 333400 at 2.70. After that people can chip away on the way up.

They are borrowed. No one who bought those shares LONG would put up a sell like that. As ethereum and bitcoin pushing through current resistance. Obviously you would scare buyers away, which is the intended purpose. This is going to end badly for that short. That wall will disappear real quick and then it's zero resistance until 3 bucks.

Frank's fund did the same thing couple of weeks ago when it unloaded 10M shares. 400K is not a strong wall so it should be broken if BTC keeps moving up. If I were a shareholder, I would be more concerned of a new share offering by HIVE and more dilution.

You only worry about dilution when the money is spent on Management, Consultants, and other foolish spendings....add to that dilution is a concern when sales/revenue is going down or is flat and when expenses are going up.  Not here.  Dilution creates opportunity for HIVE to DOUBLE production as per last news release.  Plus HIVE is one of the cheapest Miners out there.  So

You worry about dilution if you own shares, because it will drive the price down. Did a quick check and HIVE is twice as expensive than HUT8. Not that I endorse HUT8, but that's the only other miner I know.
