It's possible it's still at $3900 because the men behind the curtain are manipulating the price. And it's also possible very few of those transactions seen are real thus keeping the price from collapsing. It's clear the suckers to buy over $40,000 are all gone and now they work the buyers left until this goes to under $10,000.
