Illegal SPOOFING again before markets open... ?

Tell me why Day Traders make fake buy orders before the market opens to mislead inexperienced small investors to take your bait and one minute before the market open they cancel all their buy orders because they want to buy even lower. Call it illegal SPOOFING at $8.00 just ask your broker and they will ban you from it.
