Imagine his reaction if somebody from or for Genivar would go on the GBB BB and started to plead their case....
The more I look at his post, the more I question his reasons....
It's not really what he is saying, it's more the way he his acting that reveal a lot ...
Without knowing all the facts, for me it seem pretty obvious that he does not have a good legal case.... and that he may even be very afraid if this case goes to court....
So his only option left is to use his name and reputation and try to bully UBR management and board to get his way....
And he does that by trying to scare away investors making false declarations...
What other reason does he have now to come and bash and plead his case on this board ?
One thing for certain, would not invest in any of his Company... and the Mr. market seems to agree...
