The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

Agreed. This is excellent news. It shows that the infrastructure is in place for the eventual commission of a gold mine. I can barely wait for the spin out to happen. I have funds in place to purchase the new shares as soon as they hit the market. 2017 is going to go down as one of the best returns on investment I have ever experienced. Come on early retirement! In my opinion only. Thanks-Buda.
