Bernard didn't say that they were out 60 of 50. He said they are passed about 60 test since the beggining of the entire program(10m50s). Stick to the NR ... there are 14 test left out of 50!!!
Now they have probably completed 45 aldready as the NR states 40-45 by end of January.
No need to try to work around the facts. Facts are good enough.
