Anyone besides the Chinese (fine the Taiwanese investor group since they purchased many moons ago) come to mind or would a JV be more likely from Europe considering management has been making contacts there since last year? Cheers, Nap

Amen nappy, a JV one could speculate. Possibly someone who bought many moons ago is keeping it down to be able to do market purchases after agreement is made public.
