Quite simply someone just testing support level, it's around .12 cents from what I saw from hitting refresh every 3 seconds for 45 min lol....... if no news and with financials as disgusting as they were with wages and blown warrant money 12 shortly is in the air..... Didn't they let us believe that warrants in the money would of been used so that we wouldn't have a cash call for 2017. Was a slap in the face to shareholders that they used it all up for salaries
