RE:Private?!Ummm, No.
Elon Musk couldn't do that, he would need to win over the shareholders, and that is unlikely.
Pyrogenesis is able to action a 50% stake in HPQ nano, which is the division of HPQ that would be of interest to somebody like Musk.
From what I understand and believe, Pyrogenesis would have no reason to want to give up their half, which would make a buyout kind of silly if you were unable to get a controlling position.
Cheers!

Funny story, a few weeks ago I was looking for HPQ’s address under the Public cie Registry, just regular DD trying to figure out if the place wasn’t just a hollow box. Sure enough it gave me the same address as PYR. On Tuesday I wanted to go again just to see if they weren’t throwing a piata party in the parking lot before BatteryDay. The registry gave me some poncho address in a residential area. 99.9999% of chances this is just because whoever is opening the mail wants it delivered to their house during Covid. But yeah there’s that 0.0001% chance things are Just being strategically moved around the board. Not that far-fetched when you think about it. Tesla could purchase HPQ with whatever Elon has in his left breast pocket and still make us all take a knee.
Has Bernard said anything so far that hasnt happened... hmmm
One thing is for sure i wouldnt want to be out of the game when that happens. Or a shorter for that matter lol
