Thanks LTD1....I always enjoy your posts. :)

Yes PYR 1 person 52% is rarest of rare .  Lot of publicly traded companies have very little dominant ownership position to fend off hostile takeover. What I am saying though it will not be a cakewalk whatsoever and the shareholders listed below would definitely convene together and have some sort of concensus which personally don;t see that being too hard to get a majority.

In meantime, $3sp..I would personally definitely not accept considering all the incredible verticals HPQ now has.  I am betting most if not all the battery manufactuers, auto industry etc...will be come knocking at HPQ's door.  The hydrogen application, medical and other applications are really amazing.

LivingTheDream1 wrote: Developbc.....not sure I agree with you regarding dominant ownership. HPQs ownership structure is not controlled by one individual as is the case with Peter and PYR. In the case of HPQ, I can see holes forming if the right offer came in. You would need consensus of quite a few individuals to turn down a significant offer. Saying that, any significant offer would have to be quite material for any of the larger shareholders to accept. The potential for HPQ is huge so I would think any offer in the $3+ per share range at this time may be acceptable. The longer any pursuer waits the higher that price tag goes up especially if the samples turn out as good as expected. LTD1

HPQ is also well protected as over 54% are locked up plus other investors who would hold tight as well. Plust Purevap Nano is in essence owned 50% by PYR(10% Royalty will be convereted at the right time that suits PYR)

As per recent HPQ Corporate Presentation Shares(FD):
MGT ~ 10.5%
Pyrogenesis  ~ 14%
Quebec Govt 9%
Strategic Investors 1.7%
Key Investors 19.2%
