TODAY'S PRESENTATIONHi all,
I own a lot of shares of HPQ and I'm thrilled with my investment, especially that I bought really low. I'm as excited as the rest of you. The technology is phenomenal, the partners are world-class, and everybody wants & needs what HPQ is going to produce. We're all going to be very rich.
However, I was disappointed with today's presentation. We who have been following the company for a long time understood everything that was being presented, including subtle hints of things to come and of course, that comment of Bernard's about trying not to smile too much regarding Tesla.
But here's what was off, in my opinion. Bernard was in such a hurry that he spoke at 90 miles an hour and mumbled a lot, and many of his slides were just flying by. Also, the Russian lady had a heavy accent and it was hard to understand what she was saying. (The other gentleman also had an accent, but he was easier to follow.)
Remember that this presentation was supposed to be mostly for new and potential investors. I think that as a new/potential investor, I would have been lost a lot of the time. Quite honestly, I doubt that the presentation would have made me want to invest in the company because I'm not sure I would have watched all the way to the end.
This is the first time I've ever posted anything negative, but it's my opinion that that may be what made the stock go down. Thank God it recovered nicely by the end of the day.
