Dear DHOD (and an open letter to all).

What can a CEO say when he sees an out poring of support the likes of which he has never been seen before. Support from true and knowledgeable investors. I was at a loss for words to see it all play out as it did. The number of texts, emails, messages across all platforms, and phone calls.

It had even more meaning as I considered the time it took to do it…people may have more money than someone else, but no one has time…the most valuable present anyone can give you is their time. I understand that. I appreciate that…thank-you all from the bottom of my heart.

Despite what one may think, this has not got me down…to the contrary…I feel more bonded with my shareholders, and I do not feel alone anymore.

As a CEO I often felt alone as I try and explain my vison to my Board, then convey it to our employees while at the same time bringing multi-billion-dollar companies on side, while making time to explain it as best as I can to investors…without being thrown in jail. It is quite a task, and often a lonely one…because everyone is doubting you…particularly early on. But that was then, and now is now, and last week bridges the two. Last week I realized I was no longer alone. That recently, we can never know exactly when, a small army formed of knowledgeable investors, built on the morals I espoused, and that had PyroGenesis’ back…my back…and that is a very powerful thing.

So no, recent events have definitely not gotten me down. They have only hardened my resolve to not only double down and ensure that the criminals that perpetrated last week’s events are brought to justice, but to do everything in my power to “bring home the bacon”.

So, on that note, I want to thank-you all again for everything you did, and continue to do. Buckle up…it’s going to be fun!!!

Sincerely,

Peter
