RE:Quick question

RE:Quick questionI don't think the process is as simple as buying a plasma torch and pointing it at some quartz lol.  There is alot of research and development (Time) put into figuring out the process (Which has been done all the while finding improvements and tweaking the process).  The Intellectual Property is not actually fully patented yet anyway, it's still going through the process I think, but the know how is not flaunted about for the world to use.

So HPQ's products are being made through PYR's Torches through a specefic process.....what is to prevent the Chinese or any other company from actually buying PYR torches and setting up their own processing facilty ??

And do not say Patents because we know the chinese do not seem to care about patents >
