From HPQ Silicon's most recent corporate presentation (see slide 32), Management & Board own 7.7% (on a fully diluted, FD, basis), PyroGenesis 11%, Strategic Investors 3.4%, and Key Investors 8.1%.

Even with IQ now holding just over 10% of HPQ's shares/capital, the above group own considerably more (approximately 30%).
