NBM - NEO Battery Materials - Synergies

Why would HPQ and / or PYR not get an agreement going with NBM to supply them with the Nano powers they need for their patiented technology.

Have a look / research. This is a no brainer here. They have multiple NDA's going. One just announced with a major auto manufacturer.

I own both and would like to see PYR maybe try and buy NBM.
