Rates are going up get used to it I myself lived and home owned through + 20% this is nothing except if you just bought a mil plus home and have no idea how to budget ! Can you say housing correction late 2022 ????
We have next spring and summer busting out of all these pandemic shutdowns still a big demand push IMO ????? HPQ has a lot going on in the correct sectors patience required but EV batteries and Hydrogen sectors are HUGE and just JUST JUST getting started !!!!!!!!!!
