RE:MOU for the same Quartz we just sold to them ?absolutely it was a great decision to sell the quartz properties..... allows HPQ to focus solely on developing/commissioning the Gen 3 quartz reduction reactor (QRR) and the nano silicon reactor (NSiR),, fumed silica too,,,, instead of focusing time/resources on developing their former quartz properties.....

also this transaction was part of the listing as a Tier 1 info technology company (vs. being a Tier 1 Mining company)..... plus HPQ received shares + warrants as part of the deal.....
