As per all company press releases they will not even decide to proceed till end of qrr3 tested then they will design, So the only thing the are procurring now is shovels to scoop up the lies being spread by pumpers... Should be handcuffs.

Is there enough confidence in the results from the QRR to initiate the design of the full scale plant?

It's early to start conversations around procurement related to the GEN4 (full-scale plant.)
That said, our work on the QRR Pilot Plant is progressing, and nothing leads us to believe that we wouldn't be starting procurement at the appropriate time.
