Sounds like he knows the one shareholder who has been selling. Many can guess. So the question is if he has impressed callers from the investment community, why doesn't he facilitate a couple of block trades to get that overhang out of the way? And it certainly doesn't sound like this shareholder was influenced by alleged paid fudsters, right?
The onion is slowly being peeled. Ironically the more testing there is, the broader and clearer the picture. That's a good thing because it allows for a better informed investment decision.
