this kind of vol. from the last few days cant be small fish like u and me, but i heard some un-official saying that fund manager's playbook is not allow to buy anything under US$1, anyone know more about the story can comment?

$1 is the Magic Number. I am sure you guys are buying via your banking accounts but some will buy through your broker.  like I've said previously, I buy for myself under a buck but for my family I'm buying for over $1.  PYR and HPQ are like Apple Google Tesla stories.
