buyout

All this talk about a potential buyout is just that talk. It won't be very easy for an entity to take out Hpq Nano. To take out Hpq Nano they also have to take out Pyr's 50% as well and would said buyout include patents? I really don't see a buyout happening and really dosen't make sense. I believe that is why the agreement between Pyr and Hpq Nano left the option open for a third party. I see this as the most likely scenario. Who this third entity is remains to be seen. But I am sure who ever it is will be a big enough player to keep the rest of the wolves at bay.....JMHO....Beachbum

If a buyout happens. You have to understand the buyout PROBABLY would only be HPQ. They'll want PYRs help imo. They buyout HPQ and the rest stays the same. It may have to be approved by PYR but I'm not sure about that part.

It is just talk and it wouldn't be easy but another thing Bernard mentions often is the number of shares that are in 'friendly' hands. So it sounds like someone coming for this company is on their minds at the very least, I guess we'll see.

It would make sens for PYR to acquire HPQ PYR already own 50% of HPQ nano
Comment by paul0316 on Dec 12, 2020 9:25am
Well they don't yet own 50% of HPQ Nano. They have an option to go that route if they choose is the right way to go about it. Right now it's just royalties basically.  Time will tell what will come of HPQ Nano and what Peter will want to do about it.

if they take over hpq. they also get the hpq nano...
Comment by paul0316 on Dec 12, 2020 12:20pm
I understand that, but considering the SP hovers around .70$ it's going to cost a lot to take over HPQ as a whole. I think PYR have their hands full with other divisions this is not in their short term plans/interest. I wouldn't be surprised to see them convert to 50% ownership of HPQ Nano within the next 12 months though depending on who is interested/involved.

It would be super easy for them to do it. they could offer 1 share of pyr for every 2 shares of hpq. boom. company taken over.
Comment by paul0316 on Dec 12, 2020 2:42pm
They could do sometime like that but I think they have their hands full with torches, Dross, tunnelling and Aubert and Duval that I think they'll want to get some big contracts flowing before thinking of taking over HPQ. Not going to complain if thats what they end up doing though.
Comment by pennymaker69 on Dec 12, 2020 12:00pm
They ARE going to take it over. just a matter of time for them to raise the funds to do so or a stock offer since they trading at a much higher price. they slowly been taking up the company's shares making it easy for them to take it over. just need 51%...
Comment by dougkimbrough on Dec 12, 2020 12:20pm
OK GUYS PYR has the option to own 50% of HPQ NANO NOT HPQ SILICON. PYR WOULD HAVE BUYOUT HPQ SILICON UNLESS BERNARD AGREED TO SELL HPQ NANO TO PYR. And  they own nowhere near 50% of HPQ SILICON. Do you understand?
Comment by dougkimbrough on Dec 12, 2020 12:24pm
PYR CANNOT GET 51% of HPQ NANO WITHOUT OWNING HPQ SILICON. HPQ NANOs shares are NOT FOR SELL. It's 50/50 people.
Comment by paul0316 on Dec 12, 2020 12:31pm
that's pretty much what I was just saying. They have the option to go 50% on HPQ Nano which I believe is a possibility depending on who is interested/involved. It might make more sense for PYR to be in 50% of that sub instead of collecting royalties. Time will tell. 2021 is going to be crazy busy for Pyrogenesis and Peter.
