Interesting communications between Samuel Guerin and The Limiting Factor. The profile of Samuel has to be one in the field.  It shows. We won't know for sure and that's not important here but this profile below is probably his: Samuel GUERIN (researchgate.net) Home | Ilika If so, that would only give more credibility to this exchange. ______________ Jordan from the ...more

If Samuel Guerin, science director @Ilika, is the one discussing with The Limiting Factor, that's because he has interests in the fundamentals of HPQ work. So it could be fair to assume that the company he works for (Ilika.com) is seeing something interesting with HPQ's silicone or anode related technologies when trying to connect some dots between those:   solid state battery ...more

HPQ CEO recently mentioned on a Agoracom.com interview that he sees applications of HPQ technology in many different fields of applications and he named the medical industry. Interestingly, Ilika.com is promoting its solid-state lithium battery in that field: April 12, 2019: This Solid-State Lithium Ion Battery Is Tailor-Made for Medical Device (designnews.com) UK-based Ilika has created a ...more

Wow, he is a scientist in the nanotechnology area! He is not an investor or speculator. His words has much more credits. He must have put lots of thoughts in it.

OK.  Ilika is much bigger than I originally thought. July 13, 2020: Scale up micro-solid-state batteries to large EV cells? So people at Ilika seems to have interest in what HPQ is doing. Looks like the future is coming faster than we thought (like 2022!) as Ilika has posted this interesting solid-state battery breakthrough on their Twitter account, 17 hours ago: NIO Announces 150 kWh Solid-State Batteries For 2022 By: Mark Kane   The new batteries will achieve an ultra ...more

Before people ask yes silicon is in the solid state battery. It's si/c is in the picture below.

Maybe that's the reason why a solid-state battery science director might be curious about HPQ's technology. Well there is more than one Samuel Guerin on earth and sadly it is not the one you tought.. look on CEO. I know it would have been cool but hey.

@helloween  Wow it got out of hand quickly on SH. Sorry to disappoint I'm not the guy from ilika I'm just a fellow interested shareholder who likes doing research and I happen to share the same name of a scientist from Illika. No big deal. Hellowen is a very astute and knowledgeable poster on ceo.

Downfrix ... You must be a shorter to di facto discredit his profile without even providing proof of what you claim.  It's not like if it was a John Smith. First, there are not many Samuel Guerin on earth.   Secondly, there are no other working in the battery field at such high level. Thirdly, both HPQ and Ilika share complementary interest/R&D (anode, lithium-ion, solid ...more

Comment by downfrix on Jan 10, 2021 7:14pm
I'm not talking about that in just telling you that YOU HAVE THE WRONG Samuel Guerin. For all others things you said about this company im good with it.
