How many shares of HPQ...

Would you surrender your HPQ shares for PYR shares and if so at what rate.

3hpq for 1 pyr?
4 for 1?

etc. They could do a friendly merger to get more value for shareholders. PYR should be taking over HPQ and owning all this tech.

4 for 1 and i can see that happening.

Whatever the board agreed to would be fine if ti ever happened...... MErgers tend to have a premium paid on the share price at the time, and Pyrogenesis likely has a much higher ceiling(even at a pro-rated per share value) then HPQ does.....If it ever happened, I feel it would be out of defense against other companies attempting to takeover, as opposed to just doing it for the sake of it. Cheers!

See you make a good point if they merged it's much harder to take over pyr than hpq. They should merge and protect the tech they have.
